Erysepelatous inflammation

Erysepelatous inflammation is a serious infectious disease, which manifests externally as a progressive infection (inflammation) of the skin. Erysepelatous inflammation usually appears on the legs and hands, rarely on the face and even more rarely on the trunk, perineum and the genital organs. These inflammations are well visible to others, hence causing an acute psychological discomfort to the patient. The reason for the development of the disease is the penetration of streptococcus through a scratch, abrasion, erosion and diaper rash on the skin.

In our clinic, erisepelatous inflammation is treated using red spectrum therapeutic lasers as well as UVI (ultraviolet irradiation). In our clinic, a patient can be consulted by a dermatologist, infections specialist and surgeon.
