Scrotum ultrasound
Scrotum ultrasound is a method of choice to evaluate disorders of the testicles, epididymis (tubes immediately next to the testicles that collect sperm) and scrotum. Also, it can provide additional information about puberty stage, that can be useful in confirmation of a delayed or precocious puberty in boys. Ultrasound is safe, noninvasive, and does not use ionizing radiation. This procedure requires little to no special preparation.
